500 Neighbors, 40 Vendors, One Big Smile

On October 18, the Trick-or-Treat Garden & Vendor Market was buzzing!
Families filled the paths in costumes and the whole place felt like a neighborhood block party in a garden. Founder and CEO Judy Byler told me attendance jumped from about 300 last year to roughly 500 this year, which matched what I saw on the ground.
Around 40 vendors set up with food, handmade goods, toys, and plenty of candy for the little ones.
The weather made it a perfect night for chili, and the “flight of chili” was a hit if you wanted to sample four different styles.
I brought my camera and tried to capture the energy, the colors, and a few of those great costume moments.
